1. What kinds of notifications can I get?

Currently the Schlage LiNK Wireless Locks and the Trane TZEMT400 Thermostat send system messages that can be used by the Schlage LiNK web application to notify you of certain events (for example, pin code entered at lock; thermostat main settings have been changed; etc.). Notification is user selectable and can be a text message, email or both."

2. Do you get a notification when someone enters the home?

YES. You can select whether you would like a text notification sent to your cell phone and/or an email to your phone or computer notifying you what time the door was opened and which code was used to unlock the door.

3. Is there a record of who entered the home?

YES. The Schlage LiNK Wireless Lock will keep a log of times and codes used that you can access to see when someone has entered the home. The log is kept for 90 days.

4. What if I don’t want notifications, can I turn them off?

YES. Notifications are user selectable and can be turned ON or OFF as you desire.
