Rebate request must be received at the specified address and by the specified date on rebate form. Mail-in rebate cannot be redeemed in-store or at wholesale counter. Not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or postage-due submissions.
Purchases must be made 03/08/10 through 06/30/10, postmarked by 07/31/10 and physically received at the mailing address on or before 08/31/10**. Rebate will be issued in the form of a check which must be cashed within 90 days of issue. Limit three (3) rebates per household. This offer not valid in combination with any other Schlage rebate.
